Terms.
By installing or using Try · On (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension. We have written them in plain language; they are no less binding for it.
I. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Try · On to:
- Generate imagery of any person without their explicit consent. The reference photo must be of yourself, or someone who has authorized you to use their likeness.
- Generate imagery of public figures, celebrities, or any identifiable third party without consent. No deepfakes.
- Generate imagery of minors. Reference photos must depict adults.
- Generate sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially license generated imagery without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the Service's rate limits, free-tier caps, or authentication.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any unused credits.
II. Intellectual property in source images
Try · On extracts product images from third-party sites (e.g. Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Pinterest) for the sole purpose of personally trying them on. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the source site's terms. We do not republish, cache, redistribute, or train on these images.
III. Generated results
Result images are produced by Google's Gemini model. They are AI approximations, not exact representations. Fit, fabric drape, color accuracy, and styling will vary. Try · On is intended as a vibe check, not a substitute for trying the actual garment on. We make no warranty that a generated result accurately predicts how a garment will look on you in real life.
You retain whatever rights you would have had in the inputs you provided. You agree not to claim authorship of, copyright in, or commercial rights to a generated result that incorporates a third party's product photography unless you obtain those rights separately.
IV. Free credits, paid credits, refunds
During the beta, Try · On is free. We grant a limited number of try-ons per device and per signed-in account at our sole discretion. Free credits have no monetary value, are not transferrable, and may be revoked or reduced at any time.
When paid plans launch, terms specific to those plans (pricing, expiry, refund eligibility) will be presented at the point of purchase and override anything in this section to the contrary.
V. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tryon-9z6.pages.dev. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate Section I without notice.
VI. Service availability
We provide Try · On "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, latency, generation quality, or that any specific site adapter (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Pinterest, etc.) will continue to work as those sites change their layouts.
VII. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try · On is provided without warranty. Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, which during the free beta is ₹0.
VIII. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you retain any non-waivable consumer-protection rights granted by your local law.
IX. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the extension UI. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
